Context
Svoon LTD is a boutique consultancy that delivers high-stakes transformation programmes for global enterprises: strategy, governance, and execution built to drive measurable adoption. They position themselves as legal transformation experts, working with organisations far larger than themselves. Their website ran on a basic WordPress install: a generic theme, a stack of plugins, and a design that looked nothing like the calibre of firm doing the work.
The stakes
When a small consultancy sells to global enterprises, the website has to close a credibility gap before the first conversation. An enterprise buyer forms a judgement in seconds, and Svoon’s site was working against them. Cramped, template-standard, visually dated, it made a serious firm look smaller and less established than it is. And they had lost the developer who built it: the non-technical team couldn’t safely change even basic content, so the site froze in place. It was underselling the firm to exactly the buyers it needed to impress: a forgotten asset that inaction had quietly turned into a liability.
What we found

Maintainability & risk

- Hosted on a basic GoDaddy shared plan running a custom WordPress theme, with the developer who built it no longer available.

What we built
A complete rebuild as a fast, static site with a bespoke, highly visual design: a refined, editorial dark theme built to make the firm look exactly as established as it is. We moved quickly and deliberately: from first concept to a deployed, live site in a single week.
The new site is pre-rendered and served statically from the edge. There’s no WordPress, no PHP, no database, and no plugins: nothing to patch, nothing to break on an update, and no runtime for an attacker to reach. Mobile performance went from a struggling 57 to 95, and the site now scores a perfect 100 on SEO. It’s a site the firm doesn’t have to maintain and can trust to simply stay up.
The outcome
Svoon went from a WordPress site they couldn’t maintain, one that undersold them to every enterprise buyer who saw it, to a polished, professional static site that finally matches the calibre of their work. The rebuild took one week from concept to live. It loads fast, requires no ongoing maintenance, and presents the firm the way it deserves to be seen.
